MODERN ASPECTS OF CURRENCY CONTROL

In this paper, we will explore topical issues related to the implementation of currency control in modern conditions. The subject of consideration will be the importance and problems of currency regulation in the modern world, as well as mechanisms to ensure compliance with the norms and rules established in this area. Attention will be paid to international cooperation and exchange of information between States within the framework of currency control. The role of modern technological solutions in the processes of currency regulation will be analyzed separately. In addition, the approaches to countering illegal transactions with funds used by the currency control authorities will be considered
