APPLICATION OF MODERN DECLARATION PRACTICES WHEN PLACING GOODS UNDER THE CUSTOMS TRANSIT PROCEDURE

Abstract

Today, in the process of globalization and digitalization, the world economy is developing through increasing foreign trade relations between the countries of the world. Customs transit (hereinafter – TT) is a key link in international commodity flows, on the effectiveness of which the quality of goods movement from supplier to recipient depends. Due to the development of information technology support for customs authorities (hereinafter referred to as the), an electronic transit system is being created in the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Russian Federation). The vector of further "digitalization" is clearly formulated in the Development Strategy of the Federal Customs Service (hereinafter referred to as the FCS) until 2030, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic.
