A PROJECT TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF BACHELOR'S AND MASTER'S STUDENTS.

Abstract

This article discusses the main features of teaching bachelor's and master's students. Shortcomings in educational activities in general have been identified, and measures for their improvement have been proposed. Currently, the relevance of higher education is still quite high, its availability is very important both for future employers and for students themselves, most of whom plan to find a job in promising and developed companies and organizations in the labor market. Of great importance at the moment is not only the availability of higher education, but also the level of knowledge and competencies of students, which they receive during their studies at universities. In order to improve their level of education and gain a more complete understanding of their specialty, students enroll in the Master's program. It is worth noting that to enter administrative and managerial positions, the presence of a master's degree is mandatory.

However, despite receiving a master's degree and diplomas, the main problem in the employment of young professionals (former students) is an insufficient level of practical skills. Unfortunately, quite often future candidates have no idea what exactly they will be doing according to their profession. It can be said that educational programs are more designed for a theoretical rather than a practical component. This is one of the main and most important disadvantages in academic activities, and as a result, it is a great risk for students themselves, who are uncompetitive in the labor market, especially at the very beginning of their professional activities.

Due to this problem, it is necessary to propose measures to improve the educational process of students in order to increase the effectiveness of their studies, as well as, subsequently, increase motivation for work.
