COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION OF IRKUTSK CUSTOMS OFFICIALS

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that every year the customs service undergoes numerous changes, the transition from electronic interaction to automated interaction is gradually being realized, i.e. conditions are gradually being created for the formation of a "digital customs" with the use of artificial intelligence, all these innovations are being implemented on the basis of the development strategy of the customs service of the Russian Federation until 2030. Such full-scale changes cannot but affect the structure of customs authorities, as well as its personnel.
The article discusses the changes that have arisen after the transition of the Irkutsk customs to the status of the customs of actual customs control, a comparative analysis of the quantitative composition for each category of officials of the Irkutsk customs, as well as portraits of employees and civil servants working in the customs authorities at the present time.
