APPROACHES TO ADAPTATION IN A REMOTE FORMAT

Abstract

The coronavirus pandemic, which began in 2019, has become a catalyst for the transition of employees around the world to a remote work format. Only in Russia, according to the Ministry of Labor, at the peak of coronavirus restrictions, the percentage of employees who worked remotely increased 110 times. The challenges of today dictate to modern HR specialists the need to find and test new approaches to adapting employees to remote work, as well as to solve acute issues of discommunication and eliminate the causes of conflicts in organizations. The article is devoted to the study of various methods and ways of adapting employees in a remote format. The analysis of the study of modern adaptation methods allowed us to formulate the most effective methods of adaptation of employees engaged in a remote format. In addition, the authors studied the practice of adapting employees working remotely in China, who successfully withstood the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.
