RESEARCH ON THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN BUSINESS

Abstract

The article is devoted to an overview of the implementation and use of modern digital technologies for personnel management in business. The research methods were the collection and analysis of data on the above topic, their processing and grouping. To optimize all processes related to personnel management in an organization, it is necessary to introduce modern technologies, briefly called HR digital. This will help the company not only simplify and automate routine processes, but also keep up with the times, thereby attracting generation Z, which today, as young professionals, is increasingly filling the labor market every day. HR digital or digitalization of HR processes involves the introduction of modern technologies into the management activities of a company in order to improve the quality and efficiency of search, recruitment, selection and adaptation of personnel. The article provides an overview of key digital technologies that are actively gaining popularity, among which the following are of greatest interest: artificial intelligence, Internet of things, cloud technologies, virtual reality, blockchain and, of course, chatbots, which are so popular today.

The research carried out includes a review of examples of the use of specific applications, as well as a description of the experience of companies that were among the first to implement and use these technologies. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of all digital technologies presented in the article is very highly effective.
