APPLICATION OF ELEMENTS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE WORK OF A SPECILIST ON HR ADMINISTRATION IN THE EKASUTR SYSTEM

The review of state programs of informatization was carried out. It is shown that the program for the development of the digital economy in Russia has affected many different enterprises. In accordance with this program, Russian Railways has developed the concept of the Digital Railway. It was noted that one of the stages of informatization of the activities of Russian Railways is the introduction of a unified automated document management system. HR administration is a branch of activity that documents labor relations. When working with personnel documents at Russian Railways, in addition to traditional paper technology, an automated system is widely used. The integrated ERP system SAP R / 3 was chosen as a tool for the comprehensive automation of the railway industry. The features of the implementation of the Unified corporate automated labor accounting system (EKASUTR) are considered. JSC Russian Railways is the world's largest railway company in terms of the number of personnel, traffic volume and length of electrified railways. It is noted that when introducing and operating complex automation of management of enterprises in the industry using EKASUTR, problems arise associated with the influence of the human factor on the quality of input information. This problem can be solved with the help of robotic process automation technology - Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Russian Railways Technologies (a subsidiary of Russian Railways) together with the developer company Robin LLC are implementing a project to create a platform for software robots for the transport and logistics industry. It is noted that in the ITC, the robot is used to generate a report on employees who are at remote work and is autonomous. It was created in RobinStudio 1.3.8. The robot is not without its drawbacks, and it is possible that non-autonomous (attended) robots, i.e. robots that function with the participation of a person, are still preferable to autonomous ones, i.e., those that perform their work without operational interaction with a person.
