FEATURES OF THE STAFF ADAPTATION PROCESS IN A STATE INSTITUTION US-ING THE EXAMPLE OF THE FEDERAL STATE INSTITUTION FINANCIAL SUP-PORT DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDER-ATION FOR THE CITY OF MOSCOW AND THE MOSCOW REGION

Abstract

The article reveals the features of the personnel adaptation process in a government agency using the example of the Federal State Institution, the Financial Support Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for Moscow and the Moscow Region. The concept of professional adaptation and key aspects for its successful achievement are considered. The approaches and methods used to facilitate the integration of employees, as well as the problems of the adaptation process, are identified, and recommendations for its improvement are formulated. The effects of strategic personnel management, as well as the main digital tools for favorable personnel adaptation, are described. The problem is identified, which consists in the lack of sufficient training of new employees, which complicates the process of their inclusion in the work. The solution to this problem can be mentoring, which not only accelerates the adaptation process, but also contributes to the creation of strong and trusting relationships between employees within the organization. In addition, it was also revealed that, despite the efforts taken to adapt the staff, certain problems in the FSI remain unresolved. These problems are primarily associated with insufficient awareness of employees about changes, which leads to anxiety and a decrease in trust in management, since information often comes from unofficial sources. Another aspect is the lack of understanding by employees of the reasons and goals of changes, which causes resistance and reduces motivation. These problems reduce the effectiveness of the entire organization and therefore require the development of measures to address them.
