IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY

Coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has become a global problem of our time around the world. The coronavirus pandemic has brought a large number of industries to the brink of survival in many sectors of the economy around the world, and has also significantly increased the unemployment rate on a global scale.
This article analyzes the Russian experience in overcoming the economic consequences of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) (hereinafter referred to as the pandemic) based on an analysis of economic statistics on fluctuations in gross domestic product (GDP), the self-isolation index of citizens for the period 2020-2021, as well as assessments by entrepreneurs of the impact of the pandemic on the financial performance of the enterprise.
The pandemic of the virus affects not only the health of people, but also in all spheres of their life. The response to the current pandemic at the national level is primarily a difficult choice between public health and economic factors. In general, anti-crisis measures have been taken to mitigate the consequences of the pandemic and post-crisis economic recovery.
The article will be of interest to specialists in the field of macroeconomics, as well as to all those who are interested in the state of the economy in modern Russia.
