OUTSOURCING IN THE SPHERE OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

The article analyzes the introduction of outsourcing in the field of labor protection at the enterprise, in order to improve the main production processes among competitors, save resources and attract qualified specialists to ensure safe working conditions for workers. It is especially important to attract outsourcers among small and medium-sized businesses. The definition of outsourcing, the features of the use of outsourcing in the field of labor protection, as well as the benefits and risks of its implementation in the activities of the enterprise are considered. In conclusion, it is noted based on world experience that outsourcing is used as a tool to increase the competitiveness of an organization, which allows attracting competent specialists from the external environment to perform non-core, but necessary processes in the enterprise.
