АРКТИЧЕСКАЯ ЗОНА КАК ФАКТОР НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

Арктика, долгое время остававшаяся отдаленным и малодоступным регионом, сегодня приобретает стратегическое значение для РФ и всего мира. Таяние льдов, вызванное изменением климата, открывает новые возможности для судоходства, добычи полезных ископаемых и освоения природных ресурсов, но также создает новые вызовы и угрозы национальной безопасности России. Данная статья посвящена всестороннему анализу Арктической зоны как ключевого фактора национальной экономической безопасности РФ. Цель работы – выявить угрозы и вызовы, с которым РФ сталкивается в Арктике, оценить её потенциал и определить приоритетные направления деятельности по обеспечению экономической безопасности и устойчивого развития страны. Особое внимание уделено финансированию устойчивого развития Арктической зоны. Проведен анализ грузооборота по Северному морскому пути, а также шагов, направленных на укрепление позиций РФ в Мировом океане и повышение эффективности государственного управления в Арктической зоне.
